Stephanie has served as an American diplomat for more than three decades, working on economic, political-military, and post-conflict stabilization issues across ten countries in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and now Africa. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, she was a Peace Corps Volunteer and worked as a biochemist conducting research at the National Institutes of Health. She is married and has one child, Connor, who just completed 7th grade at TASOK.
