Julie Fischer is a retired diplomat, now living in Kinshasa. She served as a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State for over 25 years, with tours in Africa, Asia and Latin America. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
She is married with two children, who have both studied in international schools and benefited from the IB program. She looks forward to helping to support all the TASOK students and the help guide the school in its continual pursuit of Excellence, Integrity and Inclusivity.
